The Ambazonia Governing Council (“AGovC”) represented the Ambazonia Peoples’ in the just concluded UNPO first-ever online General Assembly meeting that took place from July 31- August 2, 2020. This was the XV General Assembly by the UNPO.

The General Assembly opened its online conference about the Impact of the Coronavirus Pandemic on Unrepresented Nations and Peoples noting that “As a result of their marginalization at both the national and international levels, unrepresented nations and people have long been disproportionately impacted by fundamental rights violations and barriers to economic, social and cultural development.
